Shipping & Delivery
Server Store provides free delivery within the UAE for every order that is above AED 500. If the value of the order is below AED 500, we do collect a nominal delivery charge of AED 30. Server Store delivers the products within the duration 2 to 4 working days. Deliveries will only be processed during business working days, and please note that public holidays and Friday will be counted as non-working days. The products which are “In Stock” on the website will be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 3 pm. If we receive the order after 5 pm, we will ship it on the next day based on the product’s availability. Same day express delivery (by private taxi) also available for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Express delivery charges will be 150AED.  We accept COD (Cash on Delivery) and Bank Transfers for orders placed from within the UAE. Bank Transfer should be done for the orders placed from the locations that are outside of the UAE. Please ensure whether the shipping providers delivers the servers from UAE to your destination before placing the order.

Server Store gives long term Warranty to Work and a year Warranty for new server parts and for Brand new Servers. This Essential Warranty period is accommodated 30 days from Server Store receipt date and this guarantee incorporates advance Item substitution administration. For Refurbished or Used Servers and all of our products we provide Three months warranty, that cover most of the Parts, only Burn & Physical damage or Brocken will not be included in the warranty. Extended warranty options can be provide if necessary (terms and conditions apply)
