Server Store provides free delivery within the UAE for every order that is above AED 500. If the value of the order is below AED 500, we do collect a nominal delivery charge of AED 30. Same day express delivery (by private taxi) also available for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Express delivery charges will be 150AED.
Server Store delivers the products within the duration 2 to 4 working days. Deliveries will only be processed during business working days, and please note that public holidays and Friday will be counted as non-working days
The products which are “In Stock” on the website will be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 3 pm. If we receive the order after 5 pm, we will ship it on the next day based on the product’s availability
Yes you will get a original VAT Invoice with Company Stump along with your order.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept COD (Cash on Delivery) and Bank Transfers for orders placed from within the UAE. Bank Transfer should be done for the orders placed from the locations that are outside of the UAE.

To return your product, you should mail us with your product detail to: info@serverstore.ae. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you we send wrong product by mistake.
